TL;DR

Account Executive II (Sales): Renewing and expanding the Company’s products and services with a defined portfolio of existing accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means, with an accent on renewal management, cross-sell and upsell. Focus on proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying and developing a sales pipeline and closing business to meet and exceed annual objectives.

Location: Remote (Canada, specifically Quebec and the Eastern Region)

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions to clients.
  • Maintain and grow revenue through successful renewal of existing business, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop a sales pipeline, and close business.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal sales resources.
  • Drive the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes end-to-end.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 years in a client-facing sales, account management, marketing, or customer success role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition of multiple D&B solutions.
  • Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Firm understanding of D&B commercial contracting formats and sales order management.
  • Ability to independently manage a detailed work plan with limited managerial oversight.
  • Sound business communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word skills.
  • English: B2 required.
