What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, media, creative, and operations departments.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture top global talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and design hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competition analysis.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting company values in every interaction.
- Contribute to optimizing recruitment efficiency and quality through process improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies.
- Proven success hiring across media, marketing, creative, tech, or iGaming functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience in global recruiting for remote-first companies, assuring cultural and communication fit.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems.
- Understanding of talent analytics and recruitment metrics.
