What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a focus on R&D roles.
- Develop tailored hiring strategies to meet unique role needs and expand presence in European and UK talent markets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on requirements, timelines, and provide market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of A-players through innovative, data-driven sourcing methods.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely and transparent communication.
- Optimize and document recruitment workflows for scalability and track key metrics for improvement.
Requirements
- Europe-based: You are based in Europe and have deep knowledge of the European startup talent market.
- Proven track record: Over 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter, hiring for rapidly scaling tech startups.
- Remote hiring experience: Over 2 years of experience recruiting for remote-first companies in Europe.
- R&D expertise: Excel in hiring for Product, Engineering, and Deep-Tech roles with a demonstrable history of high-quality hires.
- Strategic advisor: Known for partnering with hiring managers to refine role definitions and sourcing strategies.
- English: B2 required.
