What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Commercial Organization roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, G&A).
• Strategically build high-performing, diverse teams in close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience from first outreach to offer stage.
• Actively source for niche and high-impact roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced pipelines.
• Identify top talent and continuously refine interview processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
• Train teams to become better in recruiting and develop innovative ways to reach new talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an in-house full-cycle recruiter.
• High volume recruitment experience supporting mid to senior level roles in Sales, Customer Success, and/or Marketing within an AdTech/MarTech business.
• Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Self-driven nature and willingness to roll up sleeves to get tasks done.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
