TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

Compensation: Excellent base plus quarterly bonus

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM hiring in EMEA and AMERS.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Qualify candidates against company, role, and team culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and advice.
  • Contribute to a global TA team and provide a world-class candidate experience.
  • Drive social activity to increase brand awareness and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience hiring for GTM teams in an in-house recruitment role.
  • Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
  • Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail when working with an ATS.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment conversations.
  • English: Excellent communication skills required
  • Contract: This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract role.
