Location: Hybrid (São Paulo, Brazil)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations roles.
  • Own and drive Wildlife’s Internship Program, building relationships with universities.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in Recruiting.
  • Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers.
  • Advanced English.
