What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Proactively source passive technical talent using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders on hiring strategy, interview design, and decision-making.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience.
• Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and welcoming candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full cycle technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for software engineering and technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of hiring passive candidates.
• Hands-on experience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to influence and partner with senior technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Experience supporting distributed or fully remote teams.
• Familiarity with leveling frameworks, compensation bands, and structured interview processes.
• Experience partnering closely with Leadership and People Teams on scaling initiatives.
