What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Proactively source passive technical talent using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders on hiring strategy, interview design, and decision-making.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience.
- Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and welcoming candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full cycle technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for software engineering and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of hiring passive candidates.
- Hands-on experience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to influence and partner with senior technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Experience supporting distributed or fully remote teams.
- Familiarity with leveling frameworks, compensation bands, and structured interview processes.
- Experience partnering closely with Leadership and People Teams on scaling initiatives.
