What you will do
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, setting clear revenue targets.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team of 5–7 Account Executives.
- Identify and systematically develop new business opportunities, expanding market reach in the DACH region.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, analyze KPIs, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
- Represent hirify.global in the DACH region at events and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading, scaling, and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with deep understanding of modern sales techniques.
- Expertise in strategic sales planning, revenue forecasting, territory development, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cologne, Germany.

- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven industries (e.g., cybersecurity, AI, cloud, enterprise software).
