hirify.global is a fast-growing all-in-one HR software company founded in Barcelona in 2016, focused on automating HR workflows for small and medium-sized businesses.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, setting clear revenue targets.
  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team of 5–7 Account Executives.
  • Identify and systematically develop new business opportunities, expanding market reach in the DACH region.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, analyze KPIs, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Represent hirify.global in the DACH region at events and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading, scaling, and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with deep understanding of modern sales techniques.
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning, revenue forecasting, territory development, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cologne, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven industries (e.g., cybersecurity, AI, cloud, enterprise software).
