What you will do
- Define and execute a sales strategy and territory plan to achieve quarterly objectives.
- Target and acquire new enterprise clients within the DACH region, aligning with hirify.global’s strategic goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with VP/EVP/C-suite stakeholders in large organizations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and contract signature.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and accurate forecast using Salesforce.
- Leverage partners and the broader ecosystem to generate and accelerate opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in SaaS / B2B software (e-commerce, marketplace, platform, CRM/ERP/SCM, or performance-improvement software).
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value/ROI at the executive level.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and consistent over-achievement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent German and English are mandatory.
