What you will do

• Own technical product narratives for LangSmith, focusing on Observability and Evaluation.
• Explain how teams build, evaluate, and operate agents in production.
• Write technical blog posts, tutorials, and build demos on observability, evaluation, and agent best practices.
• Create video tutorials and demo content showcasing the product.
• Create product and customer-facing content for launches, campaigns, and events.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate technical messaging and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing.
• Experience with highly technical products, developer tools, infrastructure, or observability platforms.
• Experience marketing to engineering and technical product teams.
• Ability to code and reason about agentic production systems, including observability and evaluation workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and technical architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical content and presentations.
