TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth for hirify.global Gym by acquiring new B2B SaaS customers across Australia and New Zealand, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Focus on conducting tailored product demos, building strong pipelines, and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for fitness and wellbeing software.

Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Australia. This role requires 2 days per week in the office. Must be an Australian citizen or have eligibility and documentation demonstrating your right to work in Australia. hirify.global does not sponsor visas.

hirify.global is a global platform providing cloud-based SaaS solutions with embedded payments to help small and medium-sized businesses in everyday life verticals like Education, Fitness & Wellbeing, Field Services, and Personal Services.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals for hirify.global Gym.
  • Conduct tailored product demos that address customer pain points and highlight value.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
  • Identify candidates to migrate from Clubware to hirify.global Gym by performing demos and deep dives.
  • Understand customer businesses to upsell products and increase software MRR.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales (fitness or payments experience highly regarded).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience presenting software solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or have eligibility and documentation demonstrating your right to work in Australia.

  • Knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
