What you will do

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services.
• Provide high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to drive awareness of hirify.global Capital.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and identify financial service opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise growth.
• Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service.
• Provide regular feedback and be the voice of the merchant to business leaders.

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships.
• Ability to work collaboratively and closely with adjacent teams.
