What you will do

• Develop and execute a service-led sales strategy across hirify.global teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Outline the value of hirify.global Professional Services to customers early in the sales cycle.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide cohesive solutions and ensure scoped services align with customer needs.
• Compose Statements of Work (SOW) and approve sales quotes for Professional Services offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in consultative technical roles, including at least 5 years in professional services or presales.
• Strong technical background in networking or security is highly desirable.
• Must have customer-facing experience with stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present PS value and offering clearly.
• Highly self-reliant, capable of driving customers and internal resources through risks and issues.
