TL;DR

Account Executive II: Driving enterprise software sales for data integrity and governance solutions with an accent on developing and executing comprehensive business plans to generate pipeline and revenue. Focus on building strong client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and leveraging ecosystem partners to maximize opportunities.

Location: Remote (global, work from anywhere culture). Preference for candidates based in Singapore, with other ASEAN locations considered.

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global products, services, and approved sales methodology.
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue within assigned territory.
  • Build strong client relationships and expand into new accounts or buying centers.
  • Collaborate with internal (Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services) and external (channel partners, distributors) teams.
  • Prioritize customer value throughout the lifecycle and manage territory forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Support the VP of APAC in accordance with the region’s strategy and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success with value- or outcome-based selling.
  • Working knowledge and selling experience in the data and governance space.
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • Approximately 25% travel is required.

Nice to have

  • SaaS software sales experience.
  • Experience selling into financial services, healthcare, government, or similar regulated industries.
  • Successful selling history within a global company with a broad products/services portfolio.
  • Mandarin, Bahasa or Thai proficiency.
