What you will do

• Manage a team of account executives responsible for specific geographical territories.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise/commercial account executives.
• 4+ years' sales experience of complex cloud or security.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
