What you will do

• Grow R&S market share in EMC Test Solutions and OTA & Antenna Test Solutions.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to promote our high-end products and solutions in key target markets.
• Interact with international key customers & partners for early cooperation during solution development phase.
• Identify market & competition trends and actively shape our product and pricing policy.
• Deliver customer and sales training courses and write technical descriptions and preparing sales documentation.
• Work in a multi-national and dynamic team to support our business globally.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics/electrical/communications engineering, or in a comparable field of study.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of Electronics, RF or wireless communications.
• Knowledge and experience on EMC, OTA and Antenna test will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of technology, market, competition and customer requirements trends.
• Ability and willingness to travel paired with intercultural competence (APAC, Middle East and Africa).
• Excellent English, and Chinese language skills in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and associates in the region.
