What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts in Singapore, driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and hirify.global's platform value.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders, engaging in value-based conversations around AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Position hirify.global’s end-to-end Agentic Automation platform to address industry-specific challenges in healthcare.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from discovery to deal closure and renewals, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or technology solution sales and account management experience, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts within healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Experience selling automation, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise platforms.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and transformation challenges within Singapore or similar APAC healthcare systems.
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Passion and diverse experience valued, even if all boxes aren't ticked.
