TL;DR

Business Development Manager (SaaS): Focused on bringing in new business through phone, email, and social touches, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Focus on conducting cost-benefit analyses, aligning solutions with partner needs, and providing feedback on industry trends.

Location: All hirify.global employees work from the office five days per week

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Contact qualified inbound leads promptly and document call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions to their needs and business objectives.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
