What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to prospects and clients, aligning business goals with technical requirements in the pre-sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to guide complex sales cycles, translating technical insights into business outcomes.
  • Develop and present tailored product presentations, demos, and prototypes, showcasing hirify.global's integration capabilities with SaaS and iPaaS platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations, including scoping proofs of concept and responding to RFPs for API and enterprise engagements.
  • Develop and deliver enablement tools, training resources, and dashboards for Sales and Customer teams.
  • Collect and share market and product feedback with Marketing and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Foster strong client partnerships through technical support and continuous engagement, including remote and on-site sessions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with at least two years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, software implementation, or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Previous hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments.
  • Technical knowledge covering REST APIs and SSO frameworks (Azure/OpenID).
  • Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable working on RFIs/RFPs and IT/security/compliance questionnaires.
  • Excited about joining a scale-up environment with shifting priorities.
