Location: Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our San Francisco HQ.

Salary: $100,000– $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Master hirify.global’s product, ICP, and value proposition.
  • Leverage advanced end-to-end automation systems for outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive meetings and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Continuously improve outbound strategy, tools, and messaging to increase effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ.
  • 6–12+ months of experience in a B2B SDR or similar pipeline-generating role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue impact.
  • Ownership-first mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales tools.
  • Passion for GTM tech or experience in MarTech/SaaS startups.
