What you will do
- Develop and execute the Americas regional channel plan, driving revenue through resellers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard high-impact partners across the Americas, focusing on strategic players like major software resellers and SIs.
- Drive strategic alignment between hirify.global and partners to accelerate co-selling and achieve "pole position" in portfolios.
- Support the development of joint business plans, including sourcing new opportunities and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Americas Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partner-attached revenue and consistent experiences.
- Lead business development activities and enable partners to successfully position hirify.global’s AI productivity portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Partnerships, specifically with Resellers, Distributors, SIs, and Cloud vendors in SaaS or AI.
- Demonstrated experience in obtaining and overachieving revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape, including VAR models, distribution, and cloud marketplaces.
- Knowledge of the AI/ML landscape or the translation/localization market is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment with a self-directed, results-oriented mindset.

- Experience with AI/ML platform partnerships.
- Background in corporate development or strategy consulting with experience evaluating and structuring transformational deals.
- Previous experience at high-growth enterprise software companies during periods of rapid scale.
- Understanding of foundational AI model capabilities and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
