What you will do
- Ensure clients receive appropriate customer service and technical support, handling escalated issues.
- Manage day-to-day activities of Implementation support staff, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in policies and procedures.
- Work with Learning & Development to coordinate and assess employee training needs.
- Develop and implement employee motivation activities and incentives.
- Interview and hire candidates and plan/schedule resources with the Department Director.
Requirements
- 2 years of Management Experience.
- Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability for client payroll issues.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (100% client satisfaction priority).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience in team development and workflow process in a matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable focus area.
- Project Management and/or Change Management experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales teams.
