What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones are met.
• Develop, drive, and track mutual action plans (MAPs) tailored to customer goals and use cases.
• Partner with customers to set up their data infrastructure, including integrations, data dictionary, dashboards, and prompts.
• Ensure technical implementation is complete, accurate, and optimized for each customer’s context.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.
• Help customers define meaningful KPIs and drive initial usage to showcase early value.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a customer facing GTM SaaS Implementation Manager with strong project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional implementations from sales handoff to launch.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, analytics) and SaaS product adoption challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand integrations, data tracking logic, analytics, and insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability.
