What you will do

• Lead and mentor Implementation Consultants, ensuring alignment with best practices for IES deployment and client satisfaction.
• Drive successful and timely go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies and optimizing system configuration.
• Design, implement, and manage operational frameworks to continuously track and optimize team performance.
• Strategically prepare the team to pivot and absorb new deployment requirements driven by product evolution.
• Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, and Support teams for seamless transitions and account health.
• Advocate for client needs and process improvements, providing data-driven insights to influence IES enhancements.
• Oversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations, ensuring quick resolution.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management, focused on complex mid-market B2B financial software or ERP/SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, managing them through organizational and product changes.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics (CSAT, TTV, Adoption, etc.) to make strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with IES or a comparable accounting/ERP suite.
• Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification.
• Experience in strategic deployment planning, methodology development, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
