TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success: Managing a team and overseeing customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales lifecycle with an accent on building strong customer relationships, promoting product adoption, and driving customer loyalty. Location: Remote, must be based in the US. Onsite presence at a hirify.global office may be required for interviews.

Salary: $105,800–$185,450 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Customer Success professionals.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and improve the experience.
  • Analyze customer performance data and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and product usage.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions.
  • Manage renewal processes to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and platforms.
  • Must obtain a FinCEN ID within 7 days of employment and comply with US Corporate Transparency Act requirements.
  • English: B2 required
