Salary: $210,400–$315,600 (annual US base salary)

What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of Integration Engineers.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, including staffing, metrics, and engagement sponsorship.
• Serve as engagement sponsor, resolving issues and driving project progress with key contacts.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and solution architecture teams to align with user requirements.
• Identify, qualify, and scope professional services, negotiating scope of work with users and hirify.global.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to escalate issues and incorporate user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing client-facing Professional Services teams.
• Experience in account management, leading technical resources, and scoping/selling professional services.
• High quality communication skills (verbal and written) for complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to operate in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced dynamic environment.
