TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Manages customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of digital health tools, with an accent on defining workflows, tracking progress, and educating customers on best practices. Focus on building strong customer relationships, managing client expectations, and leveraging feedback for continuous process improvement.

Location: 100% remote within the US, with a strong preference for candidates based in PST or MST time zones. Expect up to 10% travel.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience and smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Define, oversee, and track progress of project action items, decisions, risks, and deliverables.
  • Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with implementation and setup.
  • Educate customers on capabilities and best practices for product adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage client expectations.

Requirements

  • Software Implementation or Project Management experience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare.
  • Effective communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, yet flexible with ambiguity.
  • Passion for improving mental and physical health.

Nice to have

  • Current or prior experience as an RN.
