Implementation Manager (HRIS)

Implementation Manager (HRIS): Guiding clients through the onboarding process onto a SaaS-based human resource platform with an accent on smooth transitions and maximizing the value of the offerings. Focus on aligning client needs with platform capabilities and ensuring deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office at least two days a week

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects, aligning client needs with platform capabilities and driving client value.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through to deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers and assess how best to configure the platform.
• Analyze operational data to scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM (3 years).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Knowledge of HR and experience in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• A passion to learn the Bob product and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
