Solutions Consultant III (HCM): Serving as the technical and solution resource for the Enterprise Sales Team, understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions with an accent on leading client discovery discussions and creating customized solution presentations. Focus on clearly articulating technology and product positioning to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Location: Fully remote position within the U.S. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours (Pacific Time Zone).

Salary: $87,000 - $125,000/yr

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hirify.global's products and services to provide tailored solutions.
• Present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions to help increase sales performance.
• Conduct engaging and concise product demonstrations, tying back information learned in the analysis call to help win the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Analyze complex prospect issues and coordinate with internal teams to provide effective resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with prospects, colleagues, and stakeholders, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in a solutions consultant capacity.
• Proven track record of engaging with a field-based sales force.
• Demonstrated ability to respond accurately to complex questions or processes using internal resources.
• Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities for emails, RFPs, and reports.
• Organized, analytical, and capable of overcoming sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products and internal procedures.
