Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota (US)

Salary: $59,000 - $70,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for North American employee benefit inquiries.
  • Liaise with external partners including benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Support the 2025/2026 U.S. benefits renewal and migration from PEO to internal administration.
  • Manage data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and performing regular audits.
  • Document new workflows and implement the internal vendor ecosystem.
  • Handle employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate payroll administration for the North American region.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and partnering, ideally in tech/SaaS.
  • Proven experience working with brokers and external vendors, especially during system transitions.
  • Experience with Workday, Zendesk, and benefits platforms (e.g., Employee Navigator).
  • A background in human resources with a passion for data accuracy and system optimization.
  • Strong communication skills to advise and support employees empathetically.
