What you will do

• Own employee onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems like Rippling and Culture Amp.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee education.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, systems, and processes.
• Assist with performance and engagement programs, including review cycles and feedback processes.
• Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and contribute to strategic People initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Administration.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Naturally collaborative, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn.
