Salary: $160,600 - $227,000 USD (On Target Earnings, varies by geographic zone within the US)

What you will do
- Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales.
- Identify, understand, and align client problems with hirify.global’s Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via web conferencing tools.
- Plan and execute long-term sales strategies with customers.
- Educate clients on hirify.global and consult on industry best practices and trends.
- Maintain account and opportunity information within internal CRM systems with forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven track record achieving sales goals in a high-volume calling environment.
- 5+ years of software/SaaS inside sales experience.
- Experience with proactive prospecting to generate new leads and build a strong pipeline.
- A seasoned professional with a full understanding of the Mid-Market sales process.
- Industry knowledge of Accounting Firms and experience in channel selling or FinTech preferred.
- Sales experience at a tech company.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
