Focus on proactive prospecting, conducting sales presentations, and educating clients on industry best practices within a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment.

Location: Remote (United States only). Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $160,600 - $227,000 USD (On Target Earnings, varies by geographic zone within the US)

What you will do

  • Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales.
  • Identify, understand, and align client problems with hirify.global’s Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via web conferencing tools.
  • Plan and execute long-term sales strategies with customers.
  • Educate clients on hirify.global and consult on industry best practices and trends.
  • Maintain account and opportunity information within internal CRM systems with forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven track record achieving sales goals in a high-volume calling environment.
  • 5+ years of software/SaaS inside sales experience.
  • Experience with proactive prospecting to generate new leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • A seasoned professional with a full understanding of the Mid-Market sales process.
  • Industry knowledge of Accounting Firms and experience in channel selling or FinTech preferred.
  • Sales experience at a tech company.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
