Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only)

What you will do

  • Consult with Finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, VPs, Directors) to help them achieve full visibility and better control over non-payroll company spend.
  • Source, progress, and close new accounts through a consultative and insight-driven sales approach.
  • Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote hirify.global services.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
  • Provide valuable input into the product roadmap and be the voice of the customer for product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Proven success of 2 to 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in selling to companies in the FinTech space.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude and passion for understanding technology and communicating its benefits.
  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS and the greater financial ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated pipeline building capabilities and success in building internal and external referral channels.
  • Strong presentation presence and product demonstration skills.
  • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as required, including prospective clients and company office locations.
