What you will do
- Consult with Finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, VPs, Directors) to help them achieve full visibility and better control over non-payroll company spend.
- Source, progress, and close new accounts through a consultative and insight-driven sales approach.
- Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote hirify.global services.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
- Provide valuable input into the product roadmap and be the voice of the customer for product management and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven success of 2 to 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in selling to companies in the FinTech space.
- Exceptional technical aptitude and passion for understanding technology and communicating its benefits.
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS and the greater financial ecosystem.
- Demonstrated pipeline building capabilities and success in building internal and external referral channels.
- Strong presentation presence and product demonstration skills.
- Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required, including prospective clients and company office locations.
