Salary: Zone A: $198,000–$297,000 USD, Zone B: $184,200–$276,200 USD, Zone C: $174,200–$261,400 USD, Zone D: $164,300–$246,500 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for maximizing partnership effectiveness and product distribution.
  • Build strong relationships with partners at all levels to influence decision-making and advance goals.
  • Design and manage scalable partnership programs across internal and external global teams.
  • Lead commercialization of new products by executing distribution strategies and partner negotiations.
  • Establish yourself as the commercial voice for partnership strategy and provide critical market feedback.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of business development or partner management experience, preferably in payments or fintech.
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing growth partnership programs.
  • Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Expert negotiator with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and complex dynamics.
  • Sharp problem-solving and communication skills, armed with data and analysis.
  • Comfort operating in the ambiguity of an ever-evolving product that operates at scale globally.
  • Willingness to travel (primarily domestically but sometimes internationally) for internal and external meetings.
  • BS/BA required; MBA or Masters degree a plus.
