- Develop and implement growth strategies for maximizing partnership effectiveness and product distribution.
- Build strong relationships with partners at all levels to influence decision-making and advance goals.
- Design and manage scalable partnership programs across internal and external global teams.
- Lead commercialization of new products by executing distribution strategies and partner negotiations.
- Establish yourself as the commercial voice for partnership strategy and provide critical market feedback.
Requirements
- 9+ years of business development or partner management experience, preferably in payments or fintech.
- Demonstrated track record of success managing growth partnership programs.
- Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and navigate external organizations.
- Expert negotiator with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and complex dynamics.
- Sharp problem-solving and communication skills, armed with data and analysis.
- Comfort operating in the ambiguity of an ever-evolving product that operates at scale globally.
- Willingness to travel (primarily domestically but sometimes internationally) for internal and external meetings.
- BS/BA required; MBA or Masters degree a plus.
