• Leverage the hirify.global sales channel to concentrate sales efforts on appropriate sectors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring growth and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Sales leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the nonprofit or fundraising sector.
• Proven history of leading teams to achieve sales goals through coaching and sales methodology knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the North American market’s challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
