Implementation Specialist

TL;DR

Implementation Specialist (HR Tech): Responsible for consultation and enablement to hirify.global customers, supporting them through the implementation of hirify.global and ensuring they get the best out of the solution with an accent on gathering system requirements and business objectives from customers. Focus on platform configuration, providing guidance on best practices, and minimizing project risks.

Location: Hybrid in Portugal

What you will do

• Be the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through to deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers.
• Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment.
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
• A passion to learn the Bob product and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR.
• Fluency in German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Spanish.
• Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies and tools like Asana, Slack, Quip, Zendesk.
