TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB): Driving growth for small and medium-sized businesses by guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of Apollo's all-in-one sales platform with an accent on pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing deals. Focus on building strategic relationships, accurately forecasting sales outcomes, and consistently exceeding revenue quotas.

Location: Must be able to work in the Austin WeWork space 3x per week.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing, typically within 30 days.
  • Manage inbound leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline growth and meet or exceed a quarterly sales quota of $165,000.
  • Master the Discovery phase by asking strategic questions to uncover customer challenges.
  • Build strategic relationships within client companies, primarily engaging with Directors and above in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities.
  • 1+ years closing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record as a top performer with exceptional consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in the Austin WeWork space 3x per week.
