• Lead hirify.global’s global social media vision across all audiences.
• Own and elevate Brazil’s social media strategy, ensuring relevance to Brazilian culture and aligning with global standards.
• Build a regionally relevant global platform architecture.
• Develop a video-first content strategy and serve as an on-camera ambassador for hirify.global.
• Shape and scale hirify.global’s influencer and ambassador strategy.
• Enable and support global country leads and executives with social content strategies.

Requirements

• Years of experience in social media, digital content, or brand storytelling.
• Deep experience leading social strategy at scale across multiple countries or language markets.
• Visionary strategist who can set a global direction while embracing regional cultural relevance.
• Obsessed with social and fluent in platform metrics, social listening, and measurement frameworks.
• Confident being on camera and understands modern creator-driven brand building.
• Strong leader who can inspire cross-functional teams and empower local teams worldwide.
