Infrastructure Coordinator

TL;DR

Infrastructure Coordinator (IT Support): Providing end-user and infrastructure support, planning and researching new support technologies like laptops, operating systems, and security compliance with an accent on operational organization, configuration management, and incident response. Focus on gaining a deep understanding of user problems and developing processes using the latest technology to ensure ease of use and flexibility.

Location: Flexible work arrangements, with offices in Kitchener, Winnipeg, Vancouver (Canada) and Melbourne (Australia). This role is primarily based in Canada.

Weekly Salary: $820–$1,050 CAD

• Participate in the experimental design process.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and end users.
• Manage a case workload and other project tasks.
• Research cloud-first task automation.
• Participate in enterprise operations and security management.
• Contribute to team meetings.

Requirements

• Completion of one term in an information technology related course.
• Experience with Technical Support (Windows and iOS).
• Understanding of both Android and iOS mobile Device and Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Experience working in a team.
• Understanding of cloud administration.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Advanced computer literacy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity and interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGBT, Copilot).
