Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage CXO level support for endpoints and support meeting events.
• Act as the team lead and mentor other associates on advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
• Evaluate major benefits and drawbacks of new software distribution versions.
• Advise on performance monitoring and tuning techniques for PC/Workstation/Mobile software.
• Administer supported users in Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, Azure, and other management consoles.
• Participate in on-call rotation during non-business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience, with A+ Certification.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Expert understanding of hirify.global endpoint technologies, tools, and policies.
• Confidence interacting with higher management and handling CXO level support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task under shifting deadlines.
• Ability to lift PC equipment (e.g., desktop, monitor, server).
• English proficiency (B2) required.
