What you will do

• Design editorial-quality web experiences that clearly communicate hirify.global’s brand, product, and vision.
• Own end-to-end design for high impact web pages from concept and art direction to responsive design and developer handoff.
• Craft compelling data visualizations, infographics, and abstract visual metaphors.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s web design system.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content stakeholders.
• Experiment with new visual approaches—including AI prototyping tools.

Requirements

• BFA in graphic design or a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience in web, brand, or visual design, preferably at a fast-paced tech company.
• A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling through digital experiences, especially marketing websites.
• Expertise in data visualization and translating complex information into clear design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Animation skills.
• Webflow experience.
• AI imagery (Midjourney or similar).
