What you will do
- Research and identify potential clients based on defined ICP criteria and build accurate lead lists using multiple data sources.
- Validate and enrich CRM data, including company size, location, decision-makers, and contact information.
- Conduct territory mapping and market segmentation, as well as perform mystery shopping to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Document insights and share structured findings with Sales and Leadership, and log call outcomes clearly in the CRM.
- Follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines, and suggest improvements to data quality and outreach efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales operations, lead research, market research, or outbound support.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls (research/verification-focused).
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting US-based sales teams.
- Familiarity with data scraping tools or lead databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Background in SaaS, B2B, or outbound sales environments.
