Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading and developing a team of 5-7 Account Executives, focused on winning new customers in the Mid-Market segment. Focus on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, coaching, and developing talent to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Location: Remote (USA). Although a fully distributed team, hiring is limited to acceptable working locations, with benefits and compensation specifically reflecting U.S.-based employees.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base with target earnings of $170,000+ (US only).

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of 5–7 Account Executives to achieve sales quotas.
  • Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy through weekly inspection and CRM hygiene.
  • Communicate goals, expectations, and feedback, holding the team accountable to KPIs.
  • Run a consistent operating rhythm including 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching.
  • Develop and coach the team in discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and account progression.
  • Execute sales strategy, partnering with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Enablement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of people management and hands-on SaaS sales experience in a closing role.
  • Strong command of pipeline management and forecasting, with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, able to navigate difficult conversations in a remote-first environment.
  • Skilled coach and people developer, able to tailor approach to individual reps.
  • Detail-oriented and action-focused with a track record of using sales data.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
