TL;DR

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries with an accent on sourcing new sales prospects and communicating hirify.global's value propositions. Focus on identifying key players, researching business requirements, and initiating the sales cycle.

Location: Fully hirify.global, work from anywhere (Team based in EMEA)

Salary: $31,500 – $70,950 USD (On-Target Earnings, annual)

What you will do

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions and understand prospect needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Cold call prospects, identify key players, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas.
  • Fluency in English & Hebrew required.
