TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Develops and maintains growth within assigned accounts through opportunity generation and churn prevention with an accent on customer adoption and recurring revenue growth. Focus on building engagement with executive contacts and driving collaboration within the account team to achieve overall growth targets.

Location: Attendance at the collaboration hub is required.

What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the growth of assigned accounts through new opportunity generation and churn prevention.
  • Drive an account team strategy, including Customer Success and Technical Account Managers.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and grow recurring revenue in an assigned territory.
  • Drive customer adoption of new products and increase adoption of the existing portfolio.
  • Build engagement and create new executive contacts and relationships amongst existing partners.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone, web-based, and in-person presentations.
  • Proven self-starter with motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • History of successful target attainment and KPI achievement in previous Inside Sales and/or Account Management roles.
  • Understanding of territory management (planning, prospecting, and closing).
  • Leadership amongst your Account Team and strong collaboration with other teams and/or groups.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling solutions to MSPs.
  • Background in working in a team sales environment.
  • History of selling solutions to prospects with a key focus on Security.
  • Track record of working product complex sales cycles.
  • History of influencing key decision-makers, for example, C-suites.
