What you will do
- Architect and execute sophisticated, multi-channel 1:Few and 1:Many ABM plays that nurture high-value accounts in North America.
- Own the North American growth marketing strategy, refining channel selection, setting targets, and pioneering new tactics in the AI and SaaS space.
- Analyze complex user journeys and master multi-touch attribution models, valuing impressions, views, and social interactions.
- Lead execution across Paid Search (Google), Display (6sense), and Paid Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta).
- Act as the strategic bridge between the Global Digital Team and Regional Sales/Marketing.
- Evaluate success through account-level engagement, pipeline influence, and multi-touch attribution models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth AI environments.
- Deep familiarity with the 6sense (or similar) ecosystem and ability to turn intent signals into actionable ad campaigns.
- Data-obsessed, capable of navigating Salesforce reports and pivot tables, combined with a creative-mindset for ad psychology.
- A systems thinker, focused on Pipeline Velocity, Account Penetration, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. LTV.
- Must be based in New York City and attend the Tribeca office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesdays-Thursdays).
