• Develop messaging and positioning for hirify.global’s latest products and user segments.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to design and execute integrated go-to-market plans.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success to win deals with narratives, demos, and thought leadership content.
• Shape the product roadmap and business strategy with insights into customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• Opinionated about marketing strategy and content.
• Strong product and design intuition.
• Comfortable working with engineers to translate technical features into benefits for non-technical audiences.
• Operationally rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Deep intellectual curiosity about finance and AI.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience in a top-tier management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or venture capital.
• Experience in B2B product marketing at a breakout software startup.
