What you will do
- Define and lead the long-term vision, architecture, and roadmap for the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, MAP, and ABX platforms.
- Lead integration strategy and execution to ensure seamless data flows and workflows across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack.
- Champion AI-powered capabilities within the MarTech stack, prioritizing use cases that drive measurable efficiency and revenue impact.
- Co-own the Salesforce data model with RevOps, establish data governance policies, and oversee data hygiene and compliance routines.
- Design and continuously improve core GTM processes across the funnel, including lead definitions, routing, and hand-offs.
- Provide thought leadership on the future of AI-driven marketing operations and build strong, trust-based partnerships across GTM teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or MarTech leadership, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven ownership of a modern marketing tech stack, including marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo), Salesforce, and ABM/intent platforms (6sense).
- Demonstrated experience architecting system integrations and data flows across CRM, MAP, ABX/intent, web, and data platforms.
- Strong background in CRM data governance and quality, designing schemas, managing enrichment and deduplication, and implementing data hygiene routines.
- Track record of building and optimizing GTM processes (lead/MQA lifecycle, routing, scoring, SLAs) in close partnership with Sales/BDR and RevOps.
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in GTM platforms and/or generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline workflows or improve targeting.
