What you will do
- Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Develop deep product mastery of hirify.global’s product, ICP, and value proposition.
- Partner with the Head of Sales Development to coach and train the team on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, and objection handling.
- Maintain a high-performing culture by supporting daily SDR execution and ensuring quota attainment and key performance metrics are met.
- Report on SDR performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Work in close partnership with the GTM Engineering team to enhance team execution and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ.
- Willing to earn your stripes by carrying a personal quota in the first quarter.
- 3+ years of exceptional outbound experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of consistent performance.
- 0-12 months of SDR management experience and ready to grow in a high-velocity environment.
- Operates with extreme urgency and takes full ownership of outcomes.
- Deeply curious about how AI is reshaping outbound and excited to adopt AI-powered workflows.
