TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (AI): Elevating systems, execution, and operating standards for a world-class outbound engine with an accent on leading from the front with a personal quota and scaling a top-performing SDR organization. Focus on driving operational excellence through proprietary GTM automation and adopting AI-powered workflows to improve team output and pipeline generation.

Location: Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our San Francisco HQ.

Salary: $160,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Develop deep product mastery of hirify.global’s product, ICP, and value proposition.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales Development to coach and train the team on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, and objection handling.
  • Maintain a high-performing culture by supporting daily SDR execution and ensuring quota attainment and key performance metrics are met.
  • Report on SDR performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Work in close partnership with the GTM Engineering team to enhance team execution and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ.
  • Willing to earn your stripes by carrying a personal quota in the first quarter.
  • 3+ years of exceptional outbound experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of consistent performance.
  • 0-12 months of SDR management experience and ready to grow in a high-velocity environment.
  • Operates with extreme urgency and takes full ownership of outcomes.
  • Deeply curious about how AI is reshaping outbound and excited to adopt AI-powered workflows.
