What you will do

  • Design and execute targeted marketing programs to drive client engagement, product adoption, and retention.
  • Develop segmented communication strategies based on client lifecycle, vertical, and product usage.
  • Create compelling content like case studies, success stories, webinars, and newsletters.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize client marketing programs through data analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Operations, and internal teams on initiatives and content.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on client/customer marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion.
